COVID-19 Considerations

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our visitors, and our volunteers and the Eden Corn Festival volunteers and staff. Everyone must follow all posted instructions while visiting the Eden Corn Festival. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting the Eden Corn Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. The health and safety of those who visit the Eden corn Festival is our top priority. Your support is vital to this effort.

Personal Protective Equipment

To further protect the public against the spread of COVID 19 masks will be encouraged for all guests but required for anyone not vaccinated. The festival will not require proof of vaccination and will leave the personal responsibility to the individual patron.

Hygiene Signage

Informational signage on best hygiene practices will be posted throughout the festival grounds encouraging handwashing and sanitation.

Not Feeling Well?

Please stay home if you are not feeling well, especially if you are experiencing the following symptoms – fever, cough, or shortness of breath.

Social Distancing

Guests and employees are encouraged to practice social distancing by standing at least 6 feet away from individuals not traveling with them while visiting the grounds.

Reduced Capacity

To encourage social distancing, our festival grounds capacity may be limited based on guidelines from the CDC, New York State, Erie County, or local authorities.

Increased Cleaning Protocol

Facility cleaning protocols, including bathroom maintenance and frequent public touchpoints, will be increased to ensure cleanliness and the health and safety of all guests.

Staff and Vendor Health Screening

The Eden Corn Festival and its vendors will continuously screen staff per the CDC guidelines.

Hand Sanitizer Stations

Increased number of hand sanitizer stations throughout the festival grounds.
